2024-2025 Registration
A $50 application fee must be paid at the time of registration. All registrations received between 8:00 AM and midnight on November 6 will be treated equally.
Notification of acceptance for new students will be emailed starting January 12, 2024. If your child is accepted, the non-refundable enrollment fee of $600 (which includes a $100 registration fee and $500 towards the April 1 tuition payment) and a signed tuition contract must be received by January 26, 2024 to confirm your child’s enrollment. If not accepted on January 12, your child will remain on the waitlist until a place is available.
School acceptance and waitlist priority will be in the following order:
- Siblings of currently enrolled students
- Siblings of previously enrolled students
- Active church members as of November 6
- Community
In each category, priority is given to applicants waitlisted in previous years.
Please note that you must create a Blackbaud ID to access the application. You will first be asked to enter the candidate’s info (first child you are applying), then parent information. If you already have a Blackbaud ID for another school, you will be able to log in with the same information. If applying for more than one child, when a parent logs in there will be a button on the right side that says Apply Another Child so all children are in the same account.
2024-2025 Classes & Tuition
Classes
Each of our classes will have two teachers who work as a team to provide the children with a nurturing and stimulating environment. Our classes are currently scheduled as follows and are subject to change:
- Toddler: 18 months – 23 months, 2 days a week (T/Th)
- Toddler: 18 months – 23 months, 3 days a week (M/W/F)
- 2 Year Olds: 2 days a week (T/Th)
- 2 Year Olds: 5 days a week (M-F)
- 2 Year Olds: 3 days a week (M/T/Th or M/W/F)
- 3 Year Olds: 3 days a week (M/T/Th)
- 3 Year Olds: 4 days a week (M-Th)
- 3 Year Olds: 5 days a week (M-F)
- Pre-K 4, 4 Year Olds: 4 or 5 days a week (M-Th or M-F)
- Pre-K 4, 4 Year Olds: Dual Language Immersion (Spanish), 5 days a week
- Pre-K 5, 5 Year Olds: 5 days a week (M–Th 9:00AM – 1:30PM, Friday 9:00AM — 12:30PM)
Our school hours are from 9:00AM to 12:30PM. Child’s placement is based on his or her age as of September 1.
2024-2025 Tuition
Northside Methodist Preschool is a nonprofit organization that operates on funds provided by tuition and fees. Tuition is payable in two equal payments. Listed below is our tuition schedule for the 2020-21 school year.
The non-refundable Application Fee is $50.00 per child. The non-refundable Registration Fee of $100 is due upon your child’s enrollment at NMP. Tuition payments are due in two installments, on April 1 & October 1 each year.

Scholarships
NMP provides a limited number of financial aid awards each year to those in need of tuition assistance. If you would like to complete a Financial Aid application, please pick one up at the NMP office or send an email to our Finance Director, Paige Hill, at PaigeH@northsideumc.org to request one. Financial Aid applications are due to Paige Hill by February 28th.
